What we do
Our work covers the full monthly cycle: recording and classifying transactions, reconciling bank and credit-card accounts, managing payables and receivables, posting adjusting entries, and preparing the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements that come out the other end.
Alongside that, we handle payroll-related bookkeeping and contractor payments, keep W-9s tracked and 1099s ready, and take on cleanup work when prior periods need to be corrected and brought current. For businesses that have outgrown basic bookkeeping, we also provide controller-level support — close oversight, account review, process improvements, and cash-flow visibility.
